The staff at Morley, invite you to join us for a few days over the Christmas period to enjoy relaxation and fun in this wonderful Georgian House set in five acres of beautiful grounds.
You could if you wish, sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this place, the friendship of other guests, the entertainment, and of course, our Chef’s magnificent cuisine. On the other hand you could join in with activities. Our aim is to seek to encourage a ‘family’ atmosphere where everyone feels able to join in the life of the House if they wish. Some people may want to go for a walk (to walk off all the food you have eaten) and indeed, we will organise one or two. Bring walking shoes or boots as the ground could be muddy in December!
There will be an opportunity to attend services in the adjacent 14th Century St Matthew's Church. Our own chapel here at Morley, located on the ground floor, will be used for other periods of worship woven into the overall plan of the Houseparty. Attendance at any planned event is entirely voluntary.
We ask all guests to bring a gift suitable for either a man and a lady (valued about £7), which will be placed under the Christmas tree, and on Christmas day we will have a gift sharing time.
